Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You have 5 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging with the invoice ready for pickup.

We accept returns only if the product is:

Damaged or tampered with at delivery.

Expired or incorrect.

Not sealed properly.

The Process

Pickup: Once accepted, we will schedule a pickup from your delivery address.

Exchange: New products are delivered within 3-5 days post-pickup.

Refunds: After inspection, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 days.

Cancellations

By Customer: Allowed only before the order has been shipped for a full refund.

By Aditatva: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues.
